I am Energy-Sensitive. I can sense the energy of a person/ place/ thing like a highly sensitive sensor. Today, I understood that it's my breath which helps me with it. The very air that I breathe into carries the expirations of all sentient beings. When I breathe in, I breathe in the energy contained in the air - Prana. Some of this energy resonates with me - nourishes me. Some of it doesn't resonate with me - depletes me. My energy field closes itself when it senses depletion. (and my expiration deepens.)
