You have received a free credit promotion. There have been some questions about how to redeem it and we want to make sure that you will be able to easily get this credit. For your convenience, here are the most frequently asked questions:
Q: How do I claim my credit?
A: 1: You will see a pink notice on Kasamba saying: "Get $___ credit!".
2: Select an advisor and start your chat.
3: You will be asked to fill in your billing information.
-Please note: the credit will be applied once you have a paid chat (hired an advisor). It will not be visible in your account balance until after you have a paid session.
Q: What should I do if I don't see the "Get $___ credit!" notice on Kasamba?
A:
1: Check the "Balance" box on your account activity screen and see if the credit was
already added to your "coupons" amount.
You can only claim the credit once.
2: If you still don't see the credit, please
contact us and we'll be happy to help.
*Make sure you are eligible to receive the credit by reading the terms included in the promotion details. Also some credit promotions have an expiration date.
Q: Will I see the credit in my account balance?
A: You will not see the credit until after you have had a paid chat where you hired the advisor. After you have a paid chat, whatever balance you have left will appear on your account activity screen under "Balance - Coupons"
Q: What happens to any unused portion of this credit?
A: Any unused portion of the credit may be used toward future sessions until the credit has been used up or when it expires at the end of this month.
Q: Do I need to enter credit card information?
A: In order for the credit to apply, we must have a valid credit card on file. If we do not, you will be prompted to enter one.
Q: Is this credit available on phone sessions?
A: No, only for chat and email readings.
