The easy way to connect with your clients

We’re excited to announce Kasamba Messages – a better way to get in touch with your clients in between sessions, whether your client is on mobile or PC. This is another step forward in extending our market leadership in online psychic services via mobile.

The goal of this feature is to allow you to bring clients back for more sessions. We believe this is the key to your success on Kasamba.

How can you increase your income with Kasamba Messages? Stay in touch with clients in between readings. Reach out if you get disconnected. Message after a reading and invite your client back for a follow-up session. Send greetings on special occasions like holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

What’s included in Kasamba Messages?

Available only for your existing clients
The new system only allows your clients to contact you. Clients can send you messages only after having a session with you, whether paid or unpaid (3 free minutes). This helps make sure your time is spent building relationships and promotes additional personal readings with you.

Limited messages to clients
When you’re online, clients can send you up to 3 messages per day. When you’re offline, clients can send you as many messages as they want. The reason for the limitation is to encourage clients to initiate chat sessions when they want to continue the conversation.

Available on both mobile and PC
Available on both clients’ mobile and PC, meaning your clients can reach out and reply to you from whichever device they choose, wherever they are.

SMS alerts to keep clients engaged
Every time you send a new message, your client receives an instant SMS alert inviting them to reply to you.

In our experience, convenience and engagement translate to client enthusiasm. The new SMS alert component is designed to keep the client interested and provides a simple and fast way for them to know when you’ve responded.

* Only for clients that provided their mobile phone number.
** Clients have the option to opt out of receiving SMSs from Kasamba.

Get notified when you receive a message
Look for a notification badge on the envelop icon (the upper right hand icons on the website).

Email Readings vs. Kasamba Messages
In addition to live readings, you now have two different channels to engage clients: Email Readings for all written reading requests and Kasamba Messages for your personal marketing!

When a client requests a written reading, use the existing Email Reading tab to send your response. When they send you messages to inquire about readings, use Kasamba Messages to inspire a personal session or an e-mail reading.

Pick up where you left off
All messages regardless of date, time, or the subject discussed, will be part of the same thread. So, no subject lines, no extra fields, and no having to look for a specific message. You’ll enjoy having one single thread for each client as that’s how everyone communicates today (e.g. Facebook Messenger).

How Kasamba Messages Works?

Via your Advisor Homepage, you can start a new thread or go back to an existing thread with the new “Message” button. Click on the “Message” button on your client’s profile listing, under “My Clients”, and start writing your message.

You can access all your threads by clicking on the envelope icon at the top of the page and by selecting “Messages.”

All your threads will be listed in an inbox-style format, sorted by the latest message. You can select any thread to view the full conversation, to reply, and to delete.
The feature will be released gradually in the next few weeks. A separate
announcement will be sent to clients once the feature release is completed.
