all they seem to care about is a rating at the end of a seesion, which i'm glad to give..but why doews it take 5-10 minutes to answer a question..i never did get the answer i wanted...like why can't i call or email him...i don't want him to forget about me...and would like to try to keep the lines of communication open to him...ty..i still didn't get my anser, though	Jul 12 2007
