Email Specs and Guidelines


How it works
- When signing up for the Dedicated Email program, you should have your email text ready.
- Your text will be reviewed by the Community team and, if changes are required or suggested, you will be contacted via email.
- You will receive a "proof" of your email sent to the email address associated with your advisor account no later than 2 days prior to your desired mail date.
- You must review the email and send any edits you may have to community@kasamba.com no later than 24 hours before the desired mail date. One round of edits is included in the price. Any additional edits will be billed at $100 per instance. If we do not receive any edits we will assume the email is approved for launch on the specified date.

General Guidelines
- Your text should be brief and easy to read.
- Any URLs used must link back to your advisor profile and cannot link to external pages.
- All content within email is subject to review and approval by Kasamba.
- We do not release email addresses and lists to 3rd parties. All email transmissions are performed by Kasamba.

If you choose to use the LP Template
- You will need to provide us with the subject line (should be under 100 characters) and body text. We will also accept one image 300x250.

If you choose to supply your own HTML
- Email must be no wider than 700 pixels
- File size must be under 100kb
- Use plain HTML. No javascript/iframes or flash can be used.
- We will add our standard footer to your email that will include the opt out link and privacy information.
- LivePerson is not liable for display and/or functionality issues caused by improperly coded HTML.

Who will the email be sent to?
- By default, the email will be sent to all clients on your client list who have opted to receive emails from Kasamba.
If you do not have a large list of clients, you may contact us and we will find an alternative solution.
