I had a session with E.S. today to express my concerns about the situation with my POI. He wanted confirmation of what I was feeling and believing, but E.S. saw otherwise, which is definitely a better outcome that what I believe. If I step outside the box for a minute to look at things, my POI is doing very small things that he has not done before. It's just that after all this time and my wanting 'adult' results, I feel that we should be farther along than these little baby steps that apparently is just now figuring out. It is said that women mature faster than men, but at the age of 59, one would think it would have been mastered by both. But E.S. assured me that the future that he sees for me is worth the wait and once my POI step into his role, he will never leave ever again. I've waited this long, so what's another couple of months? I also asked about a job interview that is scheduled for next week. E.S. said that I will receive the offer, but not to be discouraged if it takes a few weeks after the interview. I didn't mention to him that the job I am interviewing for is notoriously known for being extremely slow with their offer and onboarding process as with everything that they do. I know this because this position would be a transfer for me since I am currently employed by the organization at a different location. I wasn't testing E.S. because I don't like people testing me in my sincerity or area of expertise. I was just wondering if the employer was doing more of the usual with their hiring practices. WOW!!! He nailed it once again, so I have to believe that I am going to receive all that he has seen, even as slow as the process is with my POI.	Apr 26 2024
