1) Taurus has always been obsessed with Pisces.
I've never met a Taurus who wasn't at one point in their life obsessed with a Pisces. Taurus seeks true romantic love, and Pisces are the dreamers in astrology, so when Taurus searches for their fantasy of perfect love, they always gravitate to a Pisces. On the other hand, I've never seen a Pisces obsessed with a Taurus.
2) Fire and Water don't mix.
General rule of thumb, don't mix your Water with your Fire. Aries with Scorpio or Pisces can work provided the Aries allows the Scorpio or Pisces to be in control. Leo and Cancer have a magical relationship that can end in disaster from Leo's anger and Cancer's sensitivity. Sagittarius and Cancer can survive, but the need for nurturing in both signs might drive them away.
3) You can't fight Fire with Fire.
Any of the Fire signs trying to match up with another Fire sign is like trying to douse a house fire with gasoline.
4) Same-sign pairings are only good if you're a Virgo, Libra, Sagittarius or Aquarius.
These four signs have a strong understanding of self, and all of them enjoy being around likeminded people. Finding a mate that shares the same birthday or astrological sign always makes them feel safer in the relationship. As for the other eight signs -- Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces -- they too easily identify their own negative traits in other people with the same sign and that tends to drive them crazy.
5) Males and females of the same sign can be different as apples and oranges.
Astrologists often joke about men being from Mars and women from Venus, but in astrology the same is true for males of a certain sign and females of a certain sign. Male Leos for instance have a lot more arrogance, whereas female Leos have learned to check their ego at the door.
6) Sagittarius has no patience.
Sagittarius tends to be one of the weaker signs in the zodiac, often being overshadowed or trumped by other signs. What this means is that when Sagittarius wants something, they can't wait for it, they need to have it now, or else doubt and insecurity creep in and they feel like once again they'll be forgotten.
7) Gemini don't know what they want.
Geminis are the chameleons in the zodiac -- they can get along with just about any other sign, but they are the jacks of all trades and the masters of none.
8) Libra has a soft chewy center.
Libras put up big walls around themselves and seem very strong on the outside, to the point where they make the rest of us envious of how well put together they seem. But on the inside the Libra is just as scared and insecure as the rest of us.
9) No sign is 100% compatible with any other sign.
Love isn't just about the astrological compatibility you have with someone else, it's about the work you put into the relationship. Remember to work on your relationship, don't take things for granted, and you can make the magic happen with any sign in the zodiac.
