have raw food at least daily, preferably with every meal. Raw, unaltered. No smoke, drugs, drink, etc. Exercise. Then, as it tastes good to you, might only be once every six months: Fo Ti (I make a tea). Then, colloidal minerals and fresh lemon water daily. Have been doing since 14. I am so lucky. Also, distilled water. No milk or food products that contain any chemicals. Keep chemical-free as much as possible with health aids, cleansers, whatever it takes. The lemon water acts as antioxidant & more. When I was 36, they thought for sure i was a 16-yr-old. When 40, if not open my mouth to reveal maturity, still thought i was 16 years old! Now, at 56 if I do not reveal my mature thinking, many will say I look 35, maybe 40. I still have no wrinkles. Not even around my eyes. The rest of my body doesn't age for some reason = exercise. Also, for smooth skin, no wrinkles = little sun. Not much sun. I figure at my age now, however, i will get a tan.. It won't matter. The Fo Ti
