Changing Your Live Chat Fee

To change your default Live Chat session fee, sign in to your Kasamba account, and click on the My Profiles section of your My Kasamba Menu. Click on the “Edit" link next to any of your listings.
Scroll down to the bottom of your profile, and in the box titled "How much will you charge for an hour of LIVE session", enter a per-minute fee that is between $0.50 ($1.99 for Spirituality and Religion) and $20.00 per minute. Finally, click the "Save and Finish" button.
If the form does not allow you to enter your desired per-minute fee and proceed with the registration process, please try entering another fee. If this does not help either and you still cannot complete your registration, please contact us and we will assist you.
The Kasamba messenger also enables you to change your fee for a SPECIFIC session. When you accept a client’s call and the communication center opens up, simply click on the “Modify Fee” button, enter a revised fee for the session, equal to or less than the per minute rate advertised in your Kasamba listing, and click “OK”. You must do this BEFORE the client clicks the "Hire psychic" button. The new fee will only apply to that particular session and will return to its default value when the session ends.
