great overall but many times judgemental and impatient with questions

Danielle is really good overall but can be pretty judgemental, sometimes impatient when she has to repeat things and directness can come off rude. I’ve come many times and left many great reviews but was blocked after questioning her abilities and mentioning I thought she had moved over to just giving advice.
