This was painful. This reader knows exactly what the customer is trying to seek but prolongs it on purpose. I just spent so much money and not even got an answer which could have been “Sorry your forever person is not this year… but I’ll check when” - instead going through advice and stuff… Not cool. Especially when someone has made their point on cost and time. I just had to leave the chat! This could have gone for hours analysing every human I may encounter lol
