Just as another customer said.. she posted a low rate and then disconnected on 2 occasions (which I thought was an accident, but now know it was deliberate) and raised the rate (5x). Desperate for answers I paid the extra for another reading and she deliberately took her time to respond and I even asked if she was still there as she wasn't responding. Just as there was then only 30 seconds left she typed something generic to take up the time and never actually got to answering my questions so that I'd pay for another session at 5 times the rate.
