This is my first negative review after hundreds of reviews. I have a lot of tolerance for less than expected readings but this advisor didn't provide me with one answer before five minutes and waited until I added time to give me an inaccurate and vague answer that had nothing to do with the reality. Instead it was generic and meaningless. Thanks for taking advantage of someone who is having a difficult time and needed some guidance.
