Younger Clients
Our latest research has shown:
Kasamba’s younger clients (18-36) are now the largest portion of our clientele base and is rapidly growing. This age group is a bit different than previous generations. Making an effort to better understand them and adjust your style to better serve them will help you attract and retain more clients.
Will they pay?
Here are some of the things we learned when researching about serving this age group, including how they communicate and what they expect from us as our clients. Passion& Purpose They are very focused on finding their purpose and only doing things they are passionate about. They believe in destiny and that there is something big they are meant to do in this world. Let them know you can help them achieve their dreams, find their purpose, and get them on the right path to be successful. Get them passionately involved in the reading by asking questions about their life and what’s important to them. Motivation & Inspiration They need a lot of encouragement and positive reinforcement. Use spiritual wisdom, inspiring words, give them a positive outlook or spin on their situation. Ensure them that everything will be ok and that everything that happens is for a reason. Personalization They want to feel seen and heard and recognized - they love selfies for a reason. Make sure to get their name and use it throughout the Reading, avoid overusing generic terms like dear, sweetie, etc. Create a strong relationship by being virtually interested in them and their lives, following up by asking how they are in messages (include specific information from the reading if possible). Quality generations and are more likely to share their opinion with the masses. Point out your expertise and explain what you’re doing during the reading, this is very important if they come to you from a category like astrology, Tarot, dream interpretation, numerology, palm reading or similar. Make sure to give a proper reading using the tools and terminology (they will easily know if you aren’t actually reading their card, chart, or palm). If they receive a high-quality reading from you, you will earn yourself long-term clients and referrals to their friends.

The Best Way to Communicate with Them
Friendly and Helpful them and speaks their language. Try to better understand their situation, how they feel, and make sure to let them know you care. If you give direct answers, do so in a polite way (I know this may be hard to hear, but…) At the end of the reading ask them if there is anything else you can help them with and let them know you’re there for them, they can count on you. Honest and Authentic This generation has a very low tolerance for BS. They can see through hard sells and time wasting tactics. Be human, avoid using the same (canned) responses, and address and answer their specific questions directly. They appreciate honesty and are more likely to trust you if you admit you can’t answer a question. Clear and Concise They don’t have a lot of patience and want you to get to the point quickly, but they also don’t want short yes, no or it will all work out type answers. Be specific and detailed and make sure the information you share is relevant and specific to their situation (if you are using Tarot Cards, share what cards were drawn and explain what they mean to them, not just their generic meaning). They easily get frustrated if they can’t understand what you’re saying, so try to minimize spelling and grammar mistakes. Leave room for questions and ask them if they understand everything
