Advisor Quality Program

Clients will be coming to you through our whitelabel app and sharing a photo of their palm with you. Please read this guide to ensure you address these clients correctly.

About the App

The app allows clients to take a photo of their palm and send it to you for a reading. Advisors will receive a link saying: Kasamba sent you a picture of my palm. Open the link and read the lines.

IMPORTANT:
Clients come into the chat from the Palm Reading Category; if a client mentions the picture of their palm or the app and you didn’t receive the link, please guide them on how to send it to you. There should be a pink banner at the top of their chat that says Move Palm Picture to Chat. When they click the banner it will automatically put the link in their chat box and they need to press send. If the photo is not clear enough, you can ask them to retake the photo by clicking on ‘retake’ at the top right of their screen.

6.Chat session starts - Client sends a photo of palm

What will you see?

7.Advisor will get a message with a link that looks like this: [https://i.imgur.com/vgXaFnW.jpg]

Clicking the link opens internet explorer with the link to the image. You can alternatively highlight the link manually, copy it, and paste to a new tab in your browser, if you want to use Chrome for example.

8.Advisor should open the link and review the picture of the palm

9.If photo is low quality ask client to retake photo

10.Advisor immediately starts doing a palm reading

Best Practices for Palm Reading App Clients

It's important to acknowledge the palm photo.

When introducing yourself and asking for client's name and DOB, mention that you see the photo of their palm. i.e. Hi - I see the photo of your palm and am happy to read it for you, can you please send me your name, DOB, and if there is anything specific you would like to know during the reading.

If you don’t see the link.

See above to help guide the client to send the link to you. (Step 6)

If the photo is low quality.

If the photo they sent is poor quality and you can't see the lines of their palm, guide them to retake the photo (Step 9) NOTE: Do not ask the client to send you the palm picture by Kasamba Attachments, they are using their phones and there is no convenient way to attach a file. If the client sent an inappropriate photo, please end the session and notify us via service@kasamba.com

Immediately start reading.

These clients came from the app and expect to have the reading begin without delay, please do your best to start the reading immediately upon receiving the photo. NOTE: You are getting these clients because you are in the Palm Reading category, if you are not a Palm reader and unable to read the palm right away, please remove yourself from the category. We will be monitoring these clients to ensure that the readers are able to provide Palm readings.
