Tips to Earn More with Scheduled Messages
The Scheduled Messages feature for our advisors is an excellent tool for connecting with your clients and ensuring they come back for another reading. It was created to help you conveniently reach out to your clients and make sure you are working on maintaining your relationships with them, while saving you time.

The Advisor Success team investigated what type of messages work with clients, and would like to share our findings with the entire advisor community, as well as some example messages. Every client and advisor is different and every reading is unique, so please use this as a guide while keeping in mind to use personal details and tailor messages using your own style of communication- the most important thing is to test and learn. Build your style and the kind of messages sent by you to see what gets your clients motivated to come back for more readings.

Below is a guide based on the available timeframes for Scheduled Messages and some general guidelines. Keep in mind that the messaging for the timeframes may change or be more appropriate for a different timeframe - this is up to you, the specific details of the reading, and your impression of your client.

These are general guidelines, it’s important for you to feel out your clients and determine what’s best for them.

In general we see that many successful messages have a common ground:

  • Asking the clients how they are
  • Having a warm tone
  • Appreciating and thanking them for the reading
  • Letting them know you are here for them at any time
  • Empowering clients and giving them hope for the future
  • Encouraging them to come back for a reading with you
A scheduled message for 2 or 6 hours after the reading should be personal and address the reading you had with the client. Advisors who are appreciative, understanding, empathetic, reassuring, and warm toward the client had more impact- having a better response rate and / or follow up reading.

We also recommend strengthening the clients’ decision to reach out for guidance, letting them know you are there for them, asking them to keep you posted and giving them hope and reassurance about their lives.

Hi Rebecca, I appreciated your kindness. Stay strong and just day by day it. ok? You will find your way to spread love and shine. Thank you for your trust :) Making decisions is always difficult, but you will make it. Good luck and please keep me posted. Love, Psychic P.

Examples #2:
Hey Dean, it's always a pleasure to talk to you and thank you for sharing your story with me. She will see you are fun, warm, sincere and respectful. I will always try to help you and give you hope and at the same time try to guide you in the correct direction. If you need me I am here :) Hugs.. Psychic P.
A scheduled message for 12 or 24 hours after the reading is one that should emphasize that your thinking of them and have further insights for them. 12-24 hours, depending on the reading, is enough time for clients to digest their reading and perhaps have updates for you or more questions regarding their situation.

It’s important that you let your clients know they are on your mind, that you’re thinking about their situation and that you are appreciative of them reaching out to you. It’s a good time to let them know if you have any new insights and suggest scheduling a follow-up reading with them (Letting them know what your schedule is for the week can help with that).

*Offering a “Discount Code” to your clients is always a good way of getting their attention.

Hi Gina, I just wanted to check in with you. How are you? How are things with Jack?
It was lovely chatting with you the other day. If you have any more questions or would like to follow up on our last reading feel free to contact me. My hours are 8 am-6 pm EST.
If you type 25 on your next update I will reduce my rate by 25%! :)

A scheduled message for 48 hours after your reading is all about getting updated and reminding the client you’re still here by their side. Usually by this time, the situation has changed or your advice has been used.

Sending a scheduled message for 48 hours from now is also a great option after having a “bad news” reading. It’s SUPER important to reach out to clients after such a reading, letting them know you are with them in their journey, empowering and strengthening them and even more so, giving them hope for the future.

Hey, just checking in with you like I said I would. How was the interview? I’m sending you positive vibes. I am here anytime you need me :)

Examples #2:
Dan, how are you? I wanted to touch base, I know it is no fun hearing a difficult reading and things are not easy for you at the moment. How are you feeling? I wanted to remind you to not sell yourself short, you deserve only the best. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me again.

In cases you feel the client needs some time to digest the reading or simply recharge for the next one, you can choose to send a scheduled message for 3 or 7 days after the reading. As mentioned above, it is always good to let the client know you’re thinking of them and offer your support. In addition, after an extended period of time it’s important to remember that their situation could have changed, making it helpful to let them know they came to mind and offer new insights.

*You can also refer to Astrological events that are coming and can be relevant to your client using a 72 hours/1 week scheduled message!

Hey there Emily, it was great speaking with you on Wednesday. I would love to know how things are going :)
Depending on how you feel and what has happened since our last chat, it may be a good idea to get another reading. I’m here for you and want to make sure you get the insights you need. I Look forward to speaking with you soon, Psychic P.

Examples #2:
Riley, Good morning and I hope you are well. I also wanted to update you that as a new month has begun, making it a powerful time for insights- I’d like to give you a *30% DISCOUNT* on our next reading :)
Start our chat by typing the words “Thirty DC” and I will reduce my rate by 30% for that specific reading. Take care and bless you.
Sometimes a chat reading gets disconnected, for various reasons, before you had the chance to finish what you wanted to say. Usually, in these cases, it’s important to send the client a scheduled message wrapping up the conversation, in short and not fully, as your services are not free and you deserve to get paid for all your energies and efforts. Make the client feel respected, worthy of your time and effort, and wanting more of your amazing service. As the client could be disappointed that the reading wasn’t complete, it is usually best to send the message as soon as possible.
