In 2016, we sought to solidify Kasamba’s position as the best place to seek online psychic guidance on mobile. We increased our lead through mobile with Kasamba Messages, a redesign of the mobile site and the Kasamba app. Our leadership position in mobile has supported double digit growth over the past year!

Additionally, we launched the Advisor Quality Program to give advisors more resources to have high quality readings. Under the Advisor Quality Program, we’ve promoted initiatives that increase earning opportunities, enhance product features, and build stronger alignment.

We declared this year the “Year of the Advisor” with the launch of the Advisor Quality Program. The Advisor Quality Program gives the knowledge and tools needed to provide the highest quality service possible.

Since the beginning of the year we:

In 2016 we extended our leadership in mobile by launching the most robust psychic app on the market. The Kasamba app gives you another channel to connect with new clients. It also helps you bring back users for more live sessions with push notifications, Kasamba messages, and ‘notify me when available’ features. Since its launch, revenue from the app has grown by 600%!!
This year we made a special focus on escorting clients on their journey with Kasamba. We created a process that empowers clients to actively seek the guidance they need.

In 2016, we’ve reduced time to first response by almost doubling the number of representatives. All tickets receive a first response with 24-48 business hours. We integrated a customer satisfaction survey into our processes so we can continue to improve our service and your experience on Kasamba.
In the first quarter of this year, we upgraded Kasamba to a new server farm. This new infrastructure improves site speed and stability, provides a smoother experience for users and advisors. We’ve reduced page loading times, improved the billing process, as well as the performance of marketing tools. The faster infrastructure enables many planned site improvements for the coming year!


2017: Looking Ahead

We will continue to focus on advisor quality by releasing more tools to allow advisors to connect better with clients as well as enhance the Advisor Quality Program with more knowledge. In customer service, we will continue to improve your satisfaction through enhanced SLAs. With our mobile leadership, we will leverage our unique market position to drive more demand, increase distribution, and provide users with the best value possible.
