OMG! My jaw dropped to the floor today. Sylvia predicted that I will move out from my current manager. It happened in the most unexpected way as my manager is impacted by an org decision. I was having a tough time with this person and she reassured me that my position will be strengthened within a certain timeframe. She was spot on!!
