Meditation is one of the core tenets of the new age spirituality, promoting relaxation, cultivating inner stillness amongst other things but with it also being non-intrusive to your own personal belief system. I have spent many years learning and experiencing many different religions and cultures and I have a keen interest for Buddhism, Shamanism and Eastern world religions.
