The best way to approach your first session with a client is to think about how you would treat a client in a Face-To-Face reading.

Here are a few tips that can make a huge difference:
  • Welcome the client warmly - Introduce yourself, ask how they are doing, and find out how you can help them

  • Ask for the client's name - In case they rather remain anonymous, ask what you should call them and use it throughout the reading

  • Get to know the client - Ask for information that will give you a clear picture of who they are - Getting their date of birth, Gender and where they are from or currently living will help you understand who's on the other side of the screen, how old they are, what stage of their lives they’re at, what culture they’re from, basically getting a get a better idea of the client's life. In addition, ask a question or two about their life situation-

    The more you best explain what you are doing and what it means for the client, the more professional you appear in their eyes, also creating a strong bond and trust. End of the Reading
What you say at the end of the reading is just as important as the beginning of the reading. If the client feels that you care, they’re more likely to come back. Let them know you care about what happens with them and tell them they can keep you posted with a personal message.
