Advisor Quality Program

Checking in with clients is a great to reinforce the connection created in a live session. An on-going correspondence allows you to be consistently intune with your clients, and what they experience along there spiritual journey. As their spiritual guide, you will be better prepared to answer any questions they have in a live reading, and you will add value outside the session. Check out Best Practices - Relationship Buildingfor more tips on building relationships outside the live session.
Demonstrating your commitment to client’s spiritual growth immediately after the first session is critical to start the relationship off right. Use the new ‘New Clients’ filter to manage your new clients, and connect outside a live session.

Segment Your New Clients

New Clients Filter

The ‘New Clients’ filter is located in your ‘My Clients’ list. Clicking on the drop down arrow on the far right, opens a menu with 7 filters. Each filter segments your clients according to different criteria. The ‘New Clients’ filter is second from the bottom.
Your New Clients

The default segmentation is to show all the new clients you had a session with in the last 7 days. It is best practice to send a follow up message within the 7 day time frame. Advisors who send a message during this period enjoy higher retention and better client relationships.

Not Yet Messaged

Within the ‘New Client’ filter there is an additional sub-segmentation: ‘Net Yet Messaged’. This feature allows you to track the clients who you haven’t messaged following your first session together. Once you message the client, they disappear from this filter. This way you can always know who you should message in an easy, intuitive way. For tips about what to write your new clients check out the article: Make Kasamba Messages Work for You
