When a client starts a mobile chat
session, you will get a notification
as below:
- Please pay attention that text will only appear after the client hits the "send" button - Client's text will not appear character by character in real time - Please be patient when chatting with clients from Mobile Chat. Do not hang up. Simply wait for the client to finish typing. Your text will appear in real time, as usual.
- Notes:
- Emoticons or non-English text are not displayed in Mobile - If a client uses emoticons or non-English text, it will appear as "???"
- For new clients - The paid session will only begin with auto hire after 3 minutes
